Katherine Jean Bolduan professionally known as Kate Bolduan is an American journalist for the broadcast industry. Best known for anchoring the CNN morning show At This Hour, Bolduan is an American journalist on the broadcast. Then, she was the co-anchor on the CNN morning news show New Day as well as The Situation Room. Bolduan has contributed to CNN's coverage of both the 2016 and 2012 presidential elections. Her prior experience included working as a Washington DC based correspondent, covering each of the US House and Senate. In her time as a member of the Capitol Hill Unit Bolduan reported about the legislative process and congressional events such as talks to increase the federal debt limit as well as the super committee's discussion. In addition, Bolduan served as a general assignment reporter and reported on topics such as the Christmas Day terrorist attack of 2009, the Supreme Court's decision regarding Obamacare and the 2009 implementation of the stimulus program.
